Message	costs? My brother got rear-ended in his '70 Chevelle SS by some guy in a pickup. The guy had no ins. wich liability is a minimum by law in Maine. Took him to court and galf the money AND his truck. If people cant live by simple rules and laws such as auto insurance, then they should suffer the consequences. BTW, the state of Maine will put you in jail for 15 days if you cause an accident with damages exceeding $1500 and have no ins. I dont know what its like in Cali.
